This is our ambassador

Drake subject of class action suit tied to gambling site and inflated streaming.

While, of course, innocent until proven guilty, I'm really tired of this guy. If he hasn't been officially kicked to the curb, it is time.

Now talk about all the great he does for the city. Raptors used the hell out of his name for years and then he has a few issues that were baseless mostly and people like you wanna discard him. Would hate to be friends with people like this lol.

I don't hate Drake. I don't love him either. As stated above...his association with the Raptors brought us some good publicity. Practice facility is still named the OVO Centre.

No need to dump on him.

Let's move on and focus on basketball.

When Drake turned on DeRozan , I was done with him. Regardless of his petty rap related hissy fit, he shouldn't, as ambassador, insult a former Raptor who was nothing but loyal to our franchise.

As for what he did for our team, what? The team put his logo on its training facility for which he pays nothing. What free agent came here because they could chat with Drake courtside? None.

Ambassadors honour the team's history, of which DeRozan is a major part.

Honouring our team's history is sticking to basketball.

A term that carries little meaning to people these days, clearly.

I think Raptors already distanced themselves from Drake after the Kendrick situation

Also after that broadcast last year where he was drunk, wouldn't leave, and kept commenting about some girl in the crowd.

Don't recall DeRozan being the team ambassador nor Drake being a former fan favorite player.

I’m talking about Derozan turning on the guy who he himself said helped him through his depression and was there for him, but I think you knew that. Heck even James said that Drake was there when his son had the heart issue. Another snake. Anyway, continue on.

Doubt it

His reps are at games often, including his son, the practice arena is named after his brand, and the social media team often references him.

I am glad Drake is our ambassador. He’s done a lot for this city.
