Great game. Excellent contributions from nearly everyone. Man, the Hawks are bad. Who assembled that team?

If we can trade our useless pieces to upgrade the PG spot and get a solid 6th man scorer we'll be in good hands.

Assuming Yak is fine

Aren't we pulling out the game from those turnovers?
Without Young, who is their closer?

Supposed to Jalen

Anyone else?
I think the Hawks lacked another closer, and we just need to have Jalen Johnson shoots long jumpers.
Impressive winning by a large margin, but not unexpected for the win.

Easy to say in getting ride of our existing contract.
I think the Bulls may have some 3&D point guards in expiring, but I don't think we would give them a pick for taking Quickley, and unsure we want to take on a contract like Patrick Williams.

It would be nice if just once while I'm in the kitchen they would describe the game so I had an idea what's actually happening. Anyway, fun game.

i haven't listened to those guys in years for that reason. if you listen to other broadcasts you find that none of them talk about their breakfast and old hit songs from their youth and their socks and that time someone picked his nose like they do. can't take it.

great win tho

I’ll take Matt + Jack over every other broadcaster in the league.

Sounds like wanna listen to the radio, not tv

People seem to think TV broadcasts should drown out commentary and just be crowd noise lol

not strong, only aggresive cuz the power ain't directed/ that's why, we are subjected to the will of the oppressive

If he can't shoot, he has to be elite at ball protection.

That's the problem though (his shooting).

If you can't shoot and your defender can sag off.....it makes all your plays riskier (passes and dribbles) So it makes good passers look like bad passers even though the root problem is shooting.

This is an EXCELLENT point and there has to be some data to show it. If true.....it has all sorts of ramnifications in team building.

he could always score the ball, he wasn't gonna stick like that being drafted at 17 tho, he's definitely breaking out this year tho

Im convinced darkos minutes are pre determined. Dick regardless of his level of play gets about 15 min. He was actually super disruptive on defense today

KP missing time is something he’s dealt with his whole career though. They knew what they were getting.

Back to backs are hard but they are a bad team. That’s the biggest issue.

Where are the wins? What’s their record? It’s most certainly not a good team.

To be fair Raptors broadcast is notorious for lowering the crowd way more than basically every other team

If RJ is the offence, then yes

Edit: he isn’t the offence but he is the special ingredient, the secret sauce

RJ is the connector on offense. He doesn't hold the ball, he applies pressure, and his ability to make a quick decision to either score or pass the ball unlocks a new dimension for us offensively.

Hopefully the RJ haters shut up now, and realize just how valuable he is. RJ is a steady guy you can consistently rely on to give you 20/6/4 every night without pounding the ball.

I agree with all that. I’d add he also doesn’t need the ball to score. He’s elite at cutting, getting out in transition, and moving to the open spot on the 3 point line.
