I think it's still an indictment if we lose to them 3 times in a row.
Yes, they're 8-9 over their past 17 games (minding that two of those are wins we shouldn't have let them have), but with RJ back, we really SHOULD beat them. They've also beaten the Wizards and the Magic in that stretch, as well as the 17-19 Bulls. Had a good win against Atlanta, and beat Cleveland in OT with Mitchell looking like a wretched waste (6/24 that game), and Garland wasn't dominant either (8/19). Hunter sucked, so did Allen, Ball was brutal... And the Thunder loss was with SGA looking profoundly awful for reasons that were not Charlotte's defense.
So as far as the quality of those wins, I think we probably shouldn't treat them as if the Hornets are THAT good right at the moment. We just need to play our game and not make stupid mistakes, or randomly stop scoring in the 4th quarter, and we should be fine.
