Re: 2026 NBA Draft Point Guards
My first round guys right now, in order
1. Kingston Flemings
2. Labaron Philon
3. Darius Acuff
4. Mikel Brown
5. Bennett Stirtz
6. Christian Anderson
Darryn Peterson, Brayden Burries, Maleek Thomas, Sergio De Larrea, Keaton Wagler can also play point guard, but I have them more as 2 guards.
Still think a team could talk themselves into taking Cayden Boozer late 1st/early 2nd if he declares. He shouldn't. Braden Smith will be a solid second rounder.

Ebuka Okorie is my 3rd or 4th point guard right now.

Re: 2026 NBA Draft Point Guards
I don't think Wright belongs in this conversation at all. Stanford is next on my watch list to catch Okorie. Right now I think I have:
1. Acuff
2. Brown
3. Flemings
But it really depends on the moment, they are all neck-and-neck for me.

How big is Flemings really? He looks small. I struggle to pick a 6’2’’ PG top 5.

Watched the Louisville game today. Okorie is tiny but he is really fun to watch.

Think he’s at least 6’2 in socks.
I don’t see the problem with a point guard 6’3+” in sneakers. Having a point guard 6’4-6’7” is a really nice luxury, but not a requirement.
My only issue with Flemings is he’s skinny and narrow. You wonder how his body will hold up, especially because he’s fearless in the paint.
I think you can easily argue him as the third best prospect in this draft after Dybansta and Wilson.

Watching him h2h against Acuff i thought Acuff looked a little taller with a much bigger frame. Acuff looks like he could play safety on their football team.
For now i have Acuff/Mikel/Flemings on the same tier.

I don’t think Acuff looks taller at all, in fact shorter. He is significantly beefier though. Acuff is just beefy, period.

Re: 2026 NBA Draft Point Guards
Christian Anderson is going to play many years in the NBA. Guys who are able to make their national team (especially Germany) that young typically have some outlier talent somewhere. He isn't a point guard to me, but it's nice to see that he doesn't have a problem facilitating.

Tyler Tanner with 29/3/7 shooting 8-15 with 4 steals against Bama. I know he's 6ft, but he's looking like a lottery pick right now.

Re: 2026 NBA Draft Point Guards
Looks like a very strong PG class. Last year had a lot and looks like even more.
Even later on there's some smaller guys, older guys who look like they can be some nice backups for a long time.

Would say Flemings and Philon. We’ll see how that translates to the NBA though, especially their first 2 or 3 seasons.

Philon won't be a good defender. Guys like him never are.
None of these point guards will be "good" defenders if they are high usage. That's just not reality. The best you can hope for is basically Stephen Curry on defense.

Someone school me on Tyler Tanner. With Vanderbilt never losing, getting harder to ignore that guy, despite his size.

What do you mean by ‘guys like him’? Is it simply about his size or about more than just that?
