Cavs need to do something. You can't have the highest payroll in the league and end up with 40-45 wins, and without home court in the playoffs.

I thought they should wait until they have their whole team fully healthy, but they just lost to the Jazz with their best players available.

Last year's playoffs was the start. They couldn't afford to keep Ty Jerome and things are now where they are.
