I kind of wish they would hold off on all the coach hirings until after the playoffs and make a special period to do that in. Not a huge deal but it always irks me that good teams have to prep for the playoffs while being distracted by staff members getting poached left and right by **** organizations.

Certain studies have been showing 5g is bad for sleep for some people (recommend phones in airplane mode for people who can't sleep) ... So I'd love to see them go deeper into all of this.

Nfl players were doing hyperbaric chambers many years before it was well known to help with recovery, so I do like them being in top of this.

When we upgraded to 4g I had the Wi-Fi right next to my computer, felt like I had ADHD. After a few months of that moved it and felt fine. So I think there is something to this. I have also heard of people that turn off the Wi-Fi when they go to bed, similar to what you are saying and it improved sleep. Guessing the human brain and body aren’t designed to handle all these waves and frequencies in the air.

I’m guessing the human brain isn’t designed to watch 10-20 second dopamine hits in reels nor real time rage bait news/information deluge in Twitter 24 hours a day.

That’s why you can’t sleep when you get super fast internet

Block SoMe, YouTube, and Twitter and you’ll sleep much better.
