At best Philly would have had about 0.4 left and they would have probably ended up taking a 3 anyway

Only risk is a foul under the basket on the rebound (which I expect the refs wanted to call but weren't ready for it just like Philly was)

Nurse/Maxey/Refs in shambles

Not sure it's even possible to catch the rebound, gain possession and call TO with 0.8 seconds, probably would have run it down to under 0.3 seconds even if it were done. Even a deflection out of bounds might end the game, so the risk is pretty much all in a foul call or not hitting the rim on the FT.

In theory I think you could grab a clean rebound in 0.4 but again that's still unlikely and pretty little risk given the type of shot they'd be forced to take in that scenario anyway

IQ, Dick, and Ochai for a solid guard starter, and you’re set. Lamelo maybe? Because our defence is good enough to use him

Lamelo/Shead
RJ/Martin
Ingram/Walker
Barnes/Mamu
Poeltl/CMB

Lamelo’s playmaking is perfect for this team

Lamelo is the obvious answer for this team man. One can only hope.

Lamelo aint it.

The moment IQ is gone this board will understand & realize the appreciation he deserves. This board seems to think that everyone must have an A+ game, every game, & anything else is uncivilized.

Great game all around, this team plays so hard and fights every game. Darko's gonna start getting some COTY buzz if we're still in the Top 4 down the stretch

I hate to be that guy, but don't read into CMB's statline too hard because he and Barnes were going up against one of the weakest frontcourts with who the Sixers had available tonight. Scottie did exactly what he was supposed to do, but it was good to see CMB rise to the occasion even though this will probably be one of his easiest matchups all year. If Paul George and Embiid play these performances don't happen.

CMB
Martin
Shaed

are winning players, simple as that. Let RJ and BI do the scoring when back, but Martin NEEDs 20+ minutes. Dick and Walter can warm up the bench

As bad as IQ is, he comes clutch when the team needs him and he fits the bill.

Tough to say what he would be like if he played on a good team for once.

Bobby has been a gm since at least the kawhi tried and was the one who orchestrated it through his connections. What are you talking about man.

ForeverTFC wrote:One of the best games of Scottie’s career. Martin and Shead were great. CMB is close to becoming my next favorite Raptor - been waiting since we traded OG. Hope he finds a 3 this summer.

Finally, **** Natalie Sago.

CMB is shooting 36.6% from 3 this year. That's much more than expected...better than IQ...lol

I was only refreshing the scoreboard and saw the box score with the horrible shooting night.

Got to tune in and he makes a clutch play to CMB

Besides shooting i guess everything else went well?

If he is gone, it would be for a better PG at a borderline all star or all star level

I dont think he will be missed

We have no idea who to give or not give credit to between Masai and Bobby.

it took him a few weeks to start dominating.

cmb a genetic freak and is not normal. kinda changes the trajectory of this team, doesn't it?

not a legit C though!!!

ready to fully concede that he's the 1% outlier that can manage the job at his size. very glad to be wrong here

Upside of this team is legitimately raised in the long term by quite a bit if he can be

Only worried about the west.

Na bro your not. But being healthy is a huge part. These guys have finally all bought in with the play your heart out mentality. It's lowkey why we had vets like Thad and Temple there to slowly build this up with our young guys. Even if the highend talent is not there.
