It IS relevant. Those are over 54% of his shot attempts, and they utterly tank his efficiency. He's been BRUTAL above the break, and it's a problem. But he's doing a bunch of other stuff tonight against this wet-paper defense, so hopefully it gets him going.

It’s a career altering thing lol. Gradey won’t be in the league if his 3 doesn’t fall. Doesn’t matter how good he is at finishing off cuts and transitions.

But thats some really low expectations

I mean, we're speaking in NBA terms. He's been okay, but quoting career totals doesn't tell you much more than that a player has had opportunity and availability. Low-quality scoring for a long time means only so much.

And yes, it should be minimized a little, because people tend to overrate those numbers. As you are doing right now. He isn't some scrub, for sure, but he IS a fairly mediocre choice as a major scoring weapon. He's in his 17th season and has been quite healthy. Very few guys in league history have been able to shoot as much as he have for that long.
