Still neee a better bench
Might shock you (it did me), but we apparently have the 6th best bench by NRTG in the NBA

But to be fair - no clue how that gets calc'd

The trade is never going to happen but hypothetically if it did...I think this bench is fine. Ochai sucks but Shead, Mamu, CMB would make it a decent bench. Battle is fine as a 9-10th player of the bench.

Even Ochai as a 9th/10th man IMO would be fine. He does have a history of some good play and even tho his shooting has been ass this year, it is a small ass 60 shot sample.

I also forgot Dick but... ugh.

If you did get Curry for an IQ/RJ/Picks package, you could easily though turn around and package some combo Dick/Ochai/JKW and picks for a bench upgrade.

EITHER WAY - I lied and GSW cannot aggregate salaries and IQ/RJ = $60.2 and Curry is $59.6 so the trade is illegal.

Yeah, Noah will definitely teach Steph what he does wrong, and how to improve it.

I think I saw Russell Westbrick do that last night. It's not even that he misses...it's just that the misses are often so far off. Is he aiming to hit the backboard instead of the rim?

Why would Curry want to come here over all other options, including GS?

His wife is from here and he spends some time here in the summers. We're also a team that has a pretty strong recent history of success and is clearly on the rise. If we overachieve and win a series this year, we're even more enticing.

Not saying he'd leave Golden State, but if he does I think we have as good a shot as anyone tbh
