didn't find a thread for him, so while he's most likely not a top prospect, would probably go 20-to-30 or even 2nd round, I figure he should get one. Here's our scouting profile for him:

I'm not 100% sold on the James Johnson comp, but I'm struggling to come up with similarly-built combo forwards who play like him...any ideas here?

Re: Joshua Jefferson
Little bit of his game reminds me of Kyle Anderson, at least when he was on the Wolves.
Versatile forward, good passer/playmaker, solid defender with really active hands on bigger wings and forwards. I'm not sure if he has the big wingspan that Slomo does though.

Re: Joshua Jefferson
He seems really slow and like he needs to lose weight.

Re: Joshua Jefferson
This archetype has been ISUs specialty for so long it's getting a bit strange.
Anywho, perfectly fine late 1st/early 2nd, higher floor lower ceiling bench forward. His teammate Momcilovic too (different role, but the description still works).

He's high on my charts but his conference performance is likely to get him dropped a bit.

I think this is the archetype, though I wonder if he projects slightly better offensively and slightly worse defensively.

He will be a better shooter, not sure he is the same level of secondary creator. Defensively I think he needs to lose quite a bit of weight. Maybe Grant Williams is another comparable player, archetype wise?

I like that more, I was basing it off of very limited times I had seen him. Watched him more this season and don't see all that much passing/handling skill like I was hoping. Definitely not to be a Slomo/Diaw type.

i'm seeing some antoine walker. Scoring chops are underrated - can score in iso. fadeaway; 3, post, dribble, feel. Easily best player on that iowa state team for me. and he plays defense , could be a steal

Re: Joshua Jefferson
I think he was underrated compared to Graves, a similar archetype of guy but less athletic. Remains to be seen if he can shoot well enough to really make it work on offense, but the feel and defense are great, and I think he'll be a pleasant surprise coming from this draft.
