Also Ngannou vs Philippe Lins (show up to get KTFO)
and a few prospect to maybe be excited about. To me this is a pass.... Maybe I watch the highlights. I don't expect Rousey to have a chin or stamina. I expect less of Carano.

Yes, free card on Netflix with 2 icons from the sport. I haven’t watched MMA in years but will be checking this one out.
Also JDS, Ngannou, and Nate Diaz are fighting.

I remember Mike Tyson putting down some fighters in about a minute. This blew that one out of the water. I'm very impressed with how much praise and excitement the announcers came up with based on so lame a fight.
I have no doubt it was real. Gina tried to defend, but her defense sucks. A locked armbar gets a tap. At least this was free with Netflix. The Tyson fights that lasted a minute were pay per view.

I'm not a UFC fan or even that much of a boxing fan. Didn't watch the match either.
But supposedly Carano lost 100 pounds to make the 145 weight limit and neither woman has fought in years.
Did it looked liked they trained a lot? Because people might be cynical that this was a real match or that Carano was going to endure any punishment before she tapped out.
Yet they presumably got paid and got their faces out in front of everyone, not for future matches but probably for other career opportunities.
