Man, I really, really want to like the Mystics. But they are often really hard to watch. So sloppy, so many TOs, so many missed bunnies at the rim. Add to that that the league’s officiating is just terrible and most of the announcers are nails on a chalkboard. Hard to not avert the eyes.

UDFA from Spain just turned 22 in April. Played 23 minutes at the point and off guard positions in her debut. Her defense pressuring the ball helped the Mystics take Seattle out of their offense. Storm were held to just 9 points in the second quarter. Hopefully the team finally found a combo guard that can give Amoore & Citron a break.

Alicia Florez has 13 assists to 1 turnover in the 3 games she’s played. Mystics need to convert her developmental contract to a standard one.
If Alicia’s shooting improves she will start get more minutes than Amoore.

I was just at their stadium this afternoon doing some work...
I'd never seen that building, as I did work when they were building the area up, but it's a very nice facility, albeit a little tiny, it looks like the size of McDonough or in that range....

Yep. Florez stood out as a baller compared to just about everyone else on the court last night. The Stics weren’t particularly good, but the Sky were straight up trash.
