The alien does have a point.
But they have to change the rule about traded picks.
If Team A get #1 or have top 5 two years in a row...and they trade different pick to other team, that team B can not count on that pick being #1 (or top 5 in third year) because it came out of Team A who just won the lottery. That's crap.
