Just a note....
We are now at 17 rostered players and have to now find 2 to cut. Kispert, Hield, and Nembhard would all be in for consideration, but Kispert isn't likely to be moved due to us needing to attach multiple picks to do so.

Something has to happen too many of the same type of players on the team.

Why would you think we would need shooting? You act like scoring 95 ppg and giving up 105 ppg isn't a recipe for success. Big center? Who needs that? We are playing 3d chess. The rest of the league gets bigger so we go smaller. Thinking 5 steps ahead.

Dirty or not, Jalen, and company realized how intense the playoffs are.

I am not sure high toughness will transfer the way we want it. He is not going to get the OKC whistle so I expect foul trouble galore.

By acquiring Dort we will be well under the cap next summer.
Remember this roster is young and we just added a rookie PG who theoretically should take us to the promised land within a few years.
Life does not end this summer. And we still could create some trades.
For sure we now need to make two two-for-one trades at least. Or cut two players.
The GM had to decide whether to extend Risacher within a few months. Given his number one status, he was entitled to get too many millions.
Dort is a pretty good defender but itbis true that he is another guard and now we just have DD to play as a SF. Wiggins is not a true SF. Kispert is a joke at the level we aim to reach. Other options would be signing Kuninga or trying with Newell or Gueye.

We will go extremely small at SF. It will be some combo of Wiggins/Dort/DD there. Gueye or Newell aren't wings and Kuminga is gone.
