Dr P has allowed two entire turns to grind through the full two hours. Snake did on his first and we are already thirty minutes deep into the next category. So your framing was incorrect which explains why you would think it was an overeaction.

I’ll be blunt. I don’t have to put up with this.

I had stuff going on.

I’ve been a rock solid participant in these for over a decade and don’t need that questioned by you.

It's a matter of consideration. You clearly think you're owed something. Not a great way to navigate life.

I would be embarrassed if I pulled that. You would see me give an apology or explanation like Dr P. Your response? Oof.

I have been punctual and made picks within the time limit 95% of the time or more for 10 years, including most of the picks I've made in this game. I have a track record for this that I believe is quite favorable. So yes, I did think I was owed some grace for that. Still do. I don't criticize anyone for running over time in these games because I get it- it does happen sometimes when you've got a 2 hour time limit.

We can agree to disagree on that and clearly we'll have to if there's any hope of moving forward.

Westbrook doesn't cost 5.0. I'll approve a repick.

I'm pretty sure Bird was retired by 2020

Are we sure it was my turn at this point? I feel like you were doing a makeup pick so maybe it wasn't my turn yet?

Larry Bird in 2020 was still mentally stronger than 99.9% of the league at that point in time I reckon lol

Westbrook being unpicked in this one is a bummer but also predictable. He's not usually picked in these games unless the pool is relatively shallow, and that really wasn't the case in this game.

Tbh I think I should have taken him instead of Luka.

I had Westbrook as a backup plan, didn't need him in the end since the draft was so deep
