He would be insanely stupid to take the QO. He’ll probably wait to the last minute and sign a 4x$35M deal.

Do you think Det has a 2+1PO offer at that type of number on the table? Feels like a good compromise.

I would take him over Knecht and Hardy and even Bronny who will probably get waived and/or traded.Richard4444 wrote:kobe_vs_jordan wrote:Crazy to think Ben Simmons can play a low usage role ?
Yes.

The new executive director of the NBA’s union says the players have an issue with NBA Europe. In an interview with Front Office Sports, NBPA executive director David Kelly said that NBA players deserve a piece of the revenue generated by the incoming expansion league in Europe. “It’s clearly being built on the backs of current NBA players, and prior NBA players, on the whole cachet that they brought to this league. And then to start a rival league that they do not participate in, participate in the economics of, we have a very serious problem with that,” Kelly told FOS’s Baker Machado.

He argued that NBA Europe will still generate “basketball-related income,” which is why NBA players should receive a piece of the pie. He said it shouldn’t be 51%—the amount the players receive from the league’s current revenue—but believes there should be a “good faith” amount.

Seems oddly fitting that the Kings might be the team he joins though

Greedy? The owners/association is gonna branch out using the name/likeness/brand recognition that the players helped create. Why is it wrong for them to want a piece of the profits?

Apz wrote:What profits? With what being said its a wnba/g-league that they demand 1bn to buy into. What financial groups would pay that and give away whatever they can get in? Its not nba level basket ball. And with max salaries that low not even the arabs is intrested cause they are only if thet can outspend to win. A level playingfield isnt their thing.
And yes, greedy. They want profits from something that most likely will go with a loss. Its the wnba negotiations all over again. But atleast they wanted money from the league they play in, those greedy ones just want to dip their hands in someone elses pockets, an american specialty sure, but its just another reason nba europe will fail

Kings take any odd fit. I think he can defend and pass personally. That’s more than most 7th options provide
