Locksley also touched on Stefon Diggs' return to College Park during the offseason, Maryland's revamped pass rush, why he believes this roster is among the most talented he's coached with the Terps and why he feels this year's team is better equipped to close out games after last season's frustrating 4-8 campaign.

The story of Maryland's success or failure this season, IMO, will be whether Clint Trickett's offense is more successful than Pep Hamilton's. Last season, there never was a successful run game. Also, a lot of receiver drops combined with poor throws and poor decisions by Malik Washington made the offense generally stagnant.

I have read that this year the offensive line is massive, if untested.
