Ryan howard Trade... To do it or not too

Do i trade Derek Lee, Ian Kinsler and Vernon Wells for Ryan Howard and Chone Figgins

I recently got Upton, Sheffield and Kinsler for Jeter, Thome, and Orlando Hudson. and dont really have a need for Kinsler since i have cano. so my line up with out the Howard trade looks like so... [8 team league]
