we all know that towles is the starter and ausmus is the backup..but the way quintero is playing this spring (.429 avg) do you think we should carry 3 catchers?

3 wouldn't be a bad idea, just because of the fact that Ausmus sucks on offense. But Id rather just keep Towles, I like this kid, he also produces on the offensive end.

No, of course not. Most ballparks do not carry 3 pitchers, unless managers are unsure of who deserves the starting role and the backup role. You guys have decent catchers in Towles and Ausmus (both not great but solid regardless). Let the 3rd catcher stay in the minors.
