Maybe he should learn how to throw strikes.

Atleast he got out of the bases loaded jam..
We watched the tragedy unfold. We did as we were told, we bought and sold. It was the greatest show on Earth...but then it was over.

You mean 1 strikeout, and yet another walk.

And we're getting owned by Randy Wolf, how sad.

Yea but 1 of them was earlier. It's the 4 walks that annoy me.

Looks like he's gotten into a good rhythm now, he's keeping us in the game. Got to score some runs man, this is Randy Wolf, not Johan Santana. Come on guys.

I'm gonna state the obvious...we need to score. I would hate to waste two good pitching performances by not scoring any runs.

Well....I'm pissed at losing 3 out of 4, especially since 2 of these games were very easily winnable games. I am however encouraged by our pitching overall. It was supposed to be a huge weakness, but really despite Roy not being himself and Wandy having 2 bad innings, it was pretty solid. Not great, but certainly more than good enough to give us a chance to win. We just need to score some damn runs. We have good enough hitters that it shouldn't be such an issue.

Granted, the Padres do have some pretty good pitching, but still...we've got to get going offensively.

Now it's time to go into Chicago, win that series, come home, win the series against the Cards, then beat the Marlins down over the weekend.

GO ASTROS!
