It would be nice to get some innings out of our starters. Will Ensberg, Betemit and Duncan get playing time?[/img]

We better sweep this one. I wonder how Kennedy will fare against the Rays, if I remember right he pitched against them last year and had a good game. Oh well, we'll see what happens. This year is so exciting to me, I really think it's because of all the changes.

It's time people stopped assuming this against the Rays. Their offense is at least average and they're always going to be a tough win when Shields and Kazmir are on the mound. They have a legit shot at 80 wins this year, although that'll be tough in this division. Better off getting used to it now, because they'll be contending in a couple years.

I'm predicting Friday and Sunday wins, assuming none of the games get rained out. :(

hmm, I guess it is.

I'll give cmaff time to fix the OP since it's his baby.

Also, ESPN has Shields pitching Monday against Moose, with Edwin Jackson going Saturday.

Weather does not look good. I doubt we get a game in tonight.

I'm going tomorrow, could be a long day. I bet they push the start time back.

Arod has worse range than Jeter.

I've been saying Jeter's range has been better, but i'm not ready to go that far.

Kennedy's signature command was nowhere to be seen in the first. 3 runs might not cut it tonight.

Wow, Kay is annoying. Kennedy threw 29 pitches? BIG DEAL!

Kay sounded like he wanted to burn Kennedy at the stake for throwing that many pitches in the first inning.

You gotta love how even though Ian Kennedy only throws about as high as 90, he still strikes out lots of guys.

This is why you extend your bullpen when you can.
