Dodgers win series 2-1.

Game#1 Notes(Dodgers win 7-1): Great debut for Kuroda. Russell Martin finally gets a hit and it blows the game open. Great game.

Game #2 Notes (Padres win 4-1): Brad Penny continues his struggles against the Padres as Jake Peavy continues his dominance against the Dodgers. I anticipated a loss, so no big deal.

Game #3 Notes (Dodgers win 3-2): Didn't watch this game but saw the Eithier went deep as Lowe had a solid start. Huge win as Dodgers take series 2-1.

On to Arizona...

Dodgers are now 4-2.

I will take 2 out of 3 at Petco anyday. I think Torre will really help in these tight game situations unlike Grady Little. Job well done by our boys in blue.

Taking 2 out of 3 is definitely a great result when both Peavy and Young are pitching in the series. I'm still wondering what Torre's plan with the outfield is. Looks like Pierre has been getting more playing time, while Kemp has been sitting. Not too happy about that.
