Sprague was on Andro

Post#1 » by Geddy » Fri Apr 11, 2008 4:27 pm

Just some irrelevant news for today.

Former Toronto Blue Jays third baseman Ed Sprague admitted to using performance-enhancing substances later banned by MLB, as well as hitting with a corked bat.

"I took Andro, and they banned that," Sprague told Recordnet.com, a website in his hometown of Stockton, Calif. "So, am I the cleanest guy? No, but I tried to be as strong and as healthy as I could as long as I could for my career."

Is it just me, or do the Toronto Blue Jays have more juiced guys than any other team?

I'm never shocked to hear anybody was on it. With no rules against it, and guys willing to do whatever it took to "stay healthy" or have big years, I subscribe more to the theory that most of the guys in that era where on this stuff, and it needs to be proven otherwise. in other words, guilty until proven innocent.

make no wonder..

we had the bash brothers working the clubhouse as distributors.

Clemens and Canseco on the jays at the same time! Not to mention Eddy Andro McCorked bat.

Plus you had Brian MacNamee running around storing the syringes as to keep them in pristine condition when he tries to make his payday.

Thats more corrupt than Fidel.
