Chase Wright, 24, will start for the Yankees Tuesday night, his first appearance above Class AA.

It was the middle of March, when spring training drags and teams make the obvious cuts from their rosters. The Yankees were playing the Minnesota Twins at Legends Field, and the right-hander Jeff Karstens had been especially impressive on the mound.

Nice read. Hope he brings his hot streak with him from AA.

Yes, prospects are great. Wins are extra refreshing when young guys from our system step up. (i.e. Melky, Cano, etc) because we can finally lose the image of "buying players" and having a horrible farm system.

Feels so great that we can finally bring replacement from within our system instead of going out for big name players. Feels so damn good...

Well, now go after Roger Clemens :lol:!!
