I am surprised by this move but this leaves us as Bonds last chance at finding a job.

Billy Beane proves again why is a fantastic GM.

He just added a bat that has the potential to hit .300/25/100 and for a bargain basement price.

0-3 with 2BB and a run today for Thomas.

Good to see him keeping his average in check.

Did none of you watch the games and see how slow his bat was?

Even $400k is a waste of money. This guy has NOTHING left!

hitting 263 had 3 hits a couple of nights ok
Andrea Bustani speaks the truth, never slurps every move the raptors make.

Andrea Bargnani 08-09 stats - 7 points 2 boards on 39% shooting
Jose CONderon 08-09 stats - won't be as good as TJ 5 star General Ford

I had no problem with getting rid of Thomas. We never should have signed him in the first place. BUT, wtf is the point of getting rid of him, yet still paying him, if there was no plab B in place?? We're paying a guy $8M to play for another team, and the plan was to bring up Adam Lind to be the power threat of the lineup?? Way to put pressure on a kid.
