Why do players slap other player's ass when they win?

Homo pl0z :lol: , I mean, isn't there a way to celebrate the win without acting homo? Like high fiveing or hugging, but slapping the ass is unacceptable.

I would imagine you first came to RGM as a basketball fan wanting to talk about basketball, which would mean you've watched a basketball game before. Normally during the course of a basketball game, a player will occasionally pat one of his teammates on the butt as a confirmation of a good job, or a thank you (as is in the sport of football).

These players never seem to say "No homo" or "You're gay" after this event takes place, they take it in stride, as they will probably will take part in this act in a future situation.
