Assuming you want Pietrus, here's the best I think we can do for you and it works on trade checker:
Pietrus for Smush and Alexander Johnson + 2nd round pick. Not sure if Warriors do it (maybe they get something better for Pietrus but I know you want him and that he wants to play for you). Johnson doesn't seem to be getting any mimutes for you and it's common knowledge that you are trying to dump Smush.
We would also have to eat Hudson's salary (1.2) in order to get the roster position (2 for 1). I also know that there's a lot of people on our board who really despise Smush. Maybe you also kick in a Million to compensate for Hudson payout. Not much in return for the Warriors but perhaps Johnson can help us on the boards. Neither team gets entirely what they want but it might be an improvement. You guys get a potential starter in the deal. You also become in a position to move Davis and still have JWill which you can use to negotiate another deal, perhaps bigger.
Good Deal for Miami (from Golden State, you get Pietrus)

I can't get excited about Smush..but all things considered...Smush...Thud...these are mediocre guys-but have some experiance. Alexander J,probably has less polish than B Wright, and yet he's a guy "someone else" drafted (like Mbenga) and Nellie is more apt to play an outsider,it seems. The #2 gives us some incentive. Otherwise,Pietrus HAS been in Nellie's rotation, and there will be some mixed opinions on Smush and Johnson. To me...with a bit of $ for the Hudson vacation fund (Maui is great this time of year) and the pick (hope we don't waste this one) It's an okay deal, not a thriller but doable.
CENSORED... No comment.
