Herb Kohl needs to fire himself.

Post#1 » by heynow » Fri Jan 4, 2008 3:14 pm

The only way to fix this is for Herb Kohl to stop being the Uber-GM of this franchise.
He needs to turn over the franchise to someone like Jerry West and simply stick to his day job ("Being the Best Senator he can be"...remember that campaign slogan.)

I understand the concept of it is my money so I want to have a say.... However, his business model for running his sports franchise is an awful one that has failed miserably. Now like a good businessman he needs to stop doing what he has been doing.
If he doesn't the Bucks will continue to fail as a franchise.

It is that simple. No bad luck involved. Simply bad management. He simply doesn't know as much as guys who have been players, coaches, scouts and front office people in first rate operations about evaluating talent.

Fire yourself today and hire Jerry West.

While those two were here they had winning seasons. The only winning seasons for the franchize in the last 15+ years.... I dont understand why people thought those two were some cancer? Before they came the bucks were a sub.500 team and after they left they became and still are a sub .500 team..

Kohl needs to sell and focus on his city. He's never around to see the product he owns. Maybe if he was around he would realize they suck and he needs to stop putting himself and the team in this position...

This is simply too dumb for a response.
