Starting lineup originally announced will change!

Post#1 » by ctorres » Fri Jan 4, 2008 7:15 pm

I got this from Marc Berman's blog earlier in the afternoon: http://blogs.nypost.com/sports/knicks/a ... d_lin.html

PG: Stephon Marbury
SG: Jamal Crawford
SF: Quentin Richardson
PF: Zach Randolph
C: Eddy Curry

Now with Zach suspended for one game, we shall see if Lee starts in his place.

Glad to see we are back to the same black hole, no defense, turnover-prone, selfish, crap lineup.

Thomas has lost all respect in my eyes.

How can you start Marbury, Richardson, and Curry. I guess we need another 40 point blowout for him to see that lineup does NOT work well.

This is what the lineup should be

James
Randolph
Jeffries
Crawford
Jones

i think chandler should had gotten the start over Q

just because he can shoot better that jared and balkman

the thing here is that Q's performance has not been up to par....

this is a guy who lead the league in 3s in the '05 season with 226

he'll miss throwing a rock into the ocean....... he needs to pick his offense up....

why not just start him posting up and then work his game to the outside....

all his shots don't have to be 3 pointers

At least a 30-point loss tonight. We'll be in a 20-point hole by the end of the first quarter.

We are going back to the lineup that went 2-1 for us early in the season.

funny thing here is that when the knicks started out 2 -1 i'm pretty sure you guys along with myself thought we will be team that was going to make noise in the east......

now the only noise the knicks are making is banging on the basement pipes

Watch Malik or Jeffries start instead of Lee and then watch me never watch another game this season.

Zach was JUST suspended. At the time the lineup was posted, it was correct. Now this forces to edit my opening post.

I really want a line-up change but I find it very funny how Zeke gets absolutely fried no matter what he does.

He sticks with Q and Eddy and the press relentlessly bashes him for continuing to play both.

He plays Eddy and Zach together and the press bashes him for playing 2 slow footed, defensively brain dead and offensive black holes together.

BUT -- the day he decides to bench Eddy or Zach or he gets into it with Marbs or Q about their lack of D the press jumps all over him for screwing with the line-up and the teams chemistry.

Basically - if he stays status quo he's a nut job for not noticing how poor the team performs. The minute he sits somebody - the press jumps down his throat for screwing with each guys head and confusing them.

The fact is --- these players are a bunch of spoiled pussy's.

My starting squad would be.....

Jamal, Fred, Chandler, D-Lee and Zach.

Nate, Marbs, Balk, Jefferies --- NO MORE EDDY.

Q. Brick has no business being in the starting lineup. Isiah needs to use common sense and realize that he has better players in Balkman and Chandler to fill in the SF spot.
