I'm speculating that the players know some transaction is about to go down. Whether they are going through the motions because they don't agree with it or because they're just treading water until they have a new line-up, I don't know.

Of course it could be that they just plain suck every 3 out of 4 games lately.

I madae comments about Bogut in the game thread specifically in reference to someone claiming Bogut was a "bright spot" tonight. Even a cursory understanding of elementary logic should make it obvious that saying "Bogut was not a bright spot" is not the same thing as claiming "Bogut was the problem tonight." Or maybe you have to bring the 2nd one up because it would be a losing battle to try to argue against the 1st?

There were no bright spots tonight, but bogut was the best of a very very bad bunch before junk time. I just found it interesting that you felt the need to go at Bogut in the post game thread without anyone saying bogut was good in this thread, cause no matter how average he was the rest were worse.

I guess I just watched the game thinking "Our #1 pick isn't significantly better than Haywood." I saw it as a depressing fact and not a bright spot. :dontknow:

Yeah fair enough but like i said i don't think he's to blame for the horrendous display tonight, Shaq in his prime would have struggled to look good with that team performance, everyone sucked.

Yeah, I definitely don't think he was to blame. I also just thought the Songalia stretch was interesting because everyone always asks how Bogut had a jumper and post moves in college and lost them when he came to the NBA... probably because he was going up against MWC players and undersized guys the caliber of Songalia... Against him he looked a lot more like the player he was at Utah.

Anyway, plenty of blame to go around tonight. Yi's also not bringing a lot since his 29 point game. I like his potential but right now he is a very below average PF.

Blow this team up already.

I realize that with Redd and Mason out that Simmons would have extra time, but isn't over 40 minutes a bit much, given his recovery?

How with Redd out does Bogut not bring more to the game? Sooner or later he needs to step up and demand more action--spread down low, get the knees bent, the hands up, and call for the ball, holding his man on his rearend. Then get the ball and move immediately. So what if it doesn't work, what alternative for success is negated?

At some point here Harris has to get fired.....Herb can't withstand the public pressure of this flurry of 30 point losses.....

Fire Larry tomorrow and we take the pressure off temporarily and everyone lightens up with a new perspective...new day.

Couldn't he at least have an assistant keep tabs on minutes? It'd be embarrassing but not as much. Mo isn't going to make it the whole season at this rate either

if Harris is not gone or trades haven't started within a week fans need to step up and make sure the arena is empty until it happens. My guess is the players know it is coming so they have quit.

This point is being overlooked a lot. I like Yi's potential as well but apart from that 29 point game he's given very little. We need to start CV, now.
