We have this same topic, verbatim, at least once every 3 months.
But to answer the question, yes, he did. His lack of a plan makes every available "star" look attractive. Hence, we have not developed any identity, because we have so many cogs of so many differing styles of play. Hence, this team needs to decide a style, commit to it, and unload anybody who doesn't fit it.

ONly problem is ...we dont have a PG that passes and averages 10-12 assists per game
