thebirdman wrote:TOR defense on Lebron was pathetic. They let him walk the ball up and play one on one. Shouldn`t you at least try to deny him getting the ball and if he does then double team him immediately...

Well, they let Kobe score 81 on them, so I can`t say I am surprised. Lebron could have scored 50 more and they wouldn`t change their defense.

And TOR bench is one of the worst in the league now that Calderon is starting...

They were triple teaming him the majority of the game (at least when he got into the lane). And they were definitely double teaming him the majority of the time. But he hit 4 3's and then Snow hit 2 and Gibson 1 to eat up all of Torontos lead and the court just opened up for LeBron. But the main reason that he had space is that he was finding the open man and they were making the shots.

^^Yup, when other Cavs can hit shots (which is not often) LeBron can just do whatever in the hell he wants...

He needs some talent around him....

AI vs his former team. Will he go off and tear **** up.....or try and over do it and end up shooting 30% with 7 turnovers?

I don't know what these arrogant comments are but, are you saying that in your opinion he has never backed them up before?

I will always be astounded by the amount of sheer blind hate that LeBron receives. You guys are acting as though everyone is doing this to Toronto.

I don't know how many times, I've said it but Iverson's efficiency this season has been real impressive. He's really gone under the radar as one of the best players in the NBA this season. Essentially 27 and 7 on superb percentages and tonight 38 and 6 on 14-23 with three minutes still left.

Bynum continuing his great play, 12 points in the first quarter.

Nuggets averaging 14 blocks per game over the last three. Camby himself is averaging 6 bpg over his last six games....and 3.9 on the season.

If Bynum catches the ball around the rim right now he's going to dunk it. Just wow.

^I really like Bynums offensive game. He has soft hands and great patience around the basket. In a couple years he will dominate teams in the paint

Yeah, he dominates now. He doesn't score as much as a Shaq, but it is pretty much over for 28 teams in the paint when they go against Bynum. Howard and Yao are the only two I can think of that could limit him.
