Hard to judge anything based on a mix like this, but I was impressed by the block and dunk. He looks like he's in good physical shape.

When Pippen worked out in Denver over the summer he was just god awful.

The guy is broke as ****, and its pretty sad to hear from him these days.....begging teams to sign him, trying to convince the bulls to let him be the coach, and now playing not in a respected league, but in a finnish league. wow.

You're thinking of Shawn Kemp.

I want to see Pippen back in the NBA. He can't be worse than Jason Collins.

I'd like to see him back here. He can still play somewhat and could help someone somewhere.

I don't think he's as broke as people seem to imply, but supposedly a financial advisor was stealing money from him.

Scott Pippen!

Maybe the Chicago Tribune should interview him again!

The guy has played basketball his entire life. . . .Before he was paid to play, it was still what he did. So what if he still has it in his heart and wants to be involved in it? Do you think he can roll into some gym and really play both hard and competetively againast average joes? I'd stick him to an NBA roster for some bench presence and veteran wisdom. Let the man live. And play while he's still capible to, at all.

Scottie Pippen says I owe him an apology.

He says I also owe one to Tyrus Thomas and Kirk Hinrich, though Hinrich hardly seemed upset about a story in this space last week about Pippen's potential as Bulls coach.

(Hinrich said you have to know Pippen and his personality and he was hardly upset. In fact, Hinrich observed the article was "funny. I might have to start reading your articles if they are all as funny as that one." Funny guy. I know it's difficult to believe, but Hinrich has a playful, droll sense of humor.)

Back to Pippen.

I was making the case for someone like him to be considered a candidate, contrary to the NBA's tendency to recycle the same names. Pippen called and indicated
