No, I was referring to LUKE23 and how that one dude who thinks Bogut is better than Tim Duncan called him a turkey.

I know. :)

There are plenty of good arguments you can make for trading Redd but Bogut having one 25 point game when he is out with a thigh bruise is not one of them.

So in your opinion 13/12 is a spectacular game?

No wonder you think he is like the best player of all time when he puts up 25-8-3.

Or they could look at this game and realize the Bucks barely beat a terrible team without Redd and got absolutely stomped by a mediocre team without Redd. I wouldn't feel confident using the sample size without Redd so far as an indication this team can thrive without him.

didn't they lose at Charlotte earlier in the year with Redd? Again with Redd gone there will be another 1-2 players to take his place.....love the defense down the stretch.

What's wrong with saying 13-12 isn't "spectacular," is that really out of line? Magloire was decimals away from double-doubling for us two years ago and we ran his ass out of town.

I think you know I'm not a Bogut basher. I just couldn't resist some fun.

In all seriousness, this was a game where Bogut should have gotten 20 shots given how dominant he was against a standout defensive center. It speaks volumes of the lack of intelligence of this team that he only got 15.

I think the 15 shots for Bogut tonight were plenty. The offense had nice balance inside and out and I still don't see Bogut as a 20 shots guy yet. As much credit as Bogut will get tonight(and he deserves alot of it), his teammates did a really good job of getting him easy opportunities with penetration. He seemed to gain confidence in the rest of his offensive game after getting set up so nicely early on. It was good to see that from him.

Can we get a little consistency out of Bogut before we start in with the "I told you so's". He played like he's suppose to play. We should be use to these kind of games from him at this point.
F*** Marc Davis, f*** Tim Donaghy and f*** David Stern as a staff, record label and as a mothaf**kin crew......and if you wanna be down with Stern then F*** YOU TOO!!! Stu Jackson f*** you too.....all you mothaf**kas F*** YOU TOO!!!!

Thats your opinion....mine is that 22 wasn't there...it amazes me how everyone so easily dismisses the "teammate" factor. I will ask again, does Bogut EVER get that many touches in the 4th quarter with Redd there, the answer is HELL NO...

I'd say this is as much a product of coaching as it is Redd. There's no reason the ball couldn't go into Bogut more if that's what the head coach demanded. It's also important to realize there have been plenty of games this season where Bogut didn't deserve to touch the ball in the fourth quarter so going with Redd was by far the best option. But I do think the offense is geared too heavily around Redd in crunch time and there needs to be better ball movement. I'll say what I've been saying for years - treat Redd like he's Reggie Miller and not Kobe Bryant and I think the entire team would benefit.

Considering that he's only gotten 15/10 6 times in 33 games, I'd agree with you.

The argument goes both ways.

1. Obviously Bogut is going to get more shots with Redd out. He's either the #1 or #2 option depending on matchup when Redd is on the bench.

2. Aggressiveness and production can be measured whether Redd is there or not. It's what Bogut does when he gets the ball that deserves to be critiqued. He averages 10.3 shots per game for the season. The Bogut supporters say that's all the guards fault, the Bogut "haters" say it's because he's not aggressive enough and doesn't demand it enough.

It's part of both factors, not just one or the other. It's not like if Redd was never paired with Bogut and this was our roster he would all of a sudden be a 20 ppg player.

Not consistently but tonight he earned that many. It speaks volumes of the lack of intelligence on this team that he was on the court for 4-5 minutes in the fourth quarter and never got the ball in a position to score despite the fact the Bobcats couldn't stop him.

What we need at this point in a Redd trade is a do everything player like Caron Butler, Andre Iguodala, or Josh Howard. Bobby Simmons was supposed to be that guy, but it hasn't panned out. Obviously, we aren't getting any of those guys for Redd so we need to find a guy who could become like them.

Ronnie Brewer keeps coming up in my mind.

If we could get Ronnie Brewer, Morris Almond, a protected pick, and expirings for Redd, I'd be happy.

I'm pro many Redd trades but using the fact that they are 1-1 against Charlotte with Redd this year and 1-0 without him is absurd.

Chemestry looked good, Bucks played like a team ,and everyone was involved. Like they talked about after the game the offense needs to run through Bogut, and even Yi as he matures more.

I like Redd and think hes a good player, but I don't think he fits this team. I really don't think Redd is injured where he can't play. I think the team wants to see how it does without Redd, or they have already started tanking like last season, even though we won tonite.

I think it's amusing that last game the Redd supporters couldn't use it to support their opinion that we need him...

But this game apparently proves that Michael Redd is everything that's wrong with the Bucks?

I agree with this, are we the only team who could be "held hostage" by Mr. Nice Guy?
