Hell no for the Heat. This doesn't make us better, and it ties up an extra year of salary. If we wanted to make a move like this, keeping Toine would've been a better alternative.

I could MAYBE see some potential for a Lakers-Grizzlies deal of Odom-Brown for Gasol-Miller(with bad Memphis contract probably heading to LA too) but when you substitute Odom for bad contracts in Walton and Vlad RAd and also have the Lakers get Kurt Thomas, it's not realistic.

Pretty terrible for Memphis. I know Gasol's value isn't at its peak, but it's still more than this.

One, is this the not possible six team deal? The Heat give up two expiring contracts for non-expiring role players? The Knicks take back TWO terrible contracts and the Grizzles give up two of their best three players in taking back contracts?

As a Lakers fan I would like to appologize to everyone who opened this hoping for anything close to a fair trade. We aren't all this unrealistic, all teams have fans like this, I just think there are more Lakers fans in general causing a large number of these atrociously lopsided proposals favoring LAL. I actually don't think that any combination of the package the Lakers send out here could get any of the 3 incoming players, let alone get all 3!

Terrible for Miami.

We get to pay the luxury tax AND add an extra year of it? I cannot see the benefit for Miami.

Do you try to make trades that screw over the other teams as much as possible? Because they are all so one-sided I can't actually believe you see them as fair.
