What teams would want Redd and could get him?
First eliminate the rebuilding teams that aren't looking to win now and won't be interested in adding his contract:
Minny
Seattle
Memphis
Philly
Cross out teams that are good and aren't looking to change at sg:
SA
Detroit
LAL
Boston
A lot of teams don't have much to offer, at least not without giving up someone they obviously want to keep:
Orlando
Cleveland
Miami
New York
Toronto
Denver
New Orleans
Other teams don't have hot prospects and could offer at best a good veteran, but this would probably be a sideways move for both them and the Bucks:
LAC
Suns
New Jersey
Washington
Utah
Still others obviously already have a good young sg and don't have any reason to think Redd will make them better:
Portland
Chicago
Sacto
Obviously some of those teams could have appeared on several of the lists. That leaves Indy, Atlanta, Charlotte, Houston, Dallas, and GS.
Indy would have to give up JO or Granger - doubtful but not inconceivable, especially Granger who is not as ready as Redd to give them a playoff boost. Dallas would have to give up Howard (doubtful, but it is Cuban) or Harris (I don't think he's even close to worth it but some will probably disagree). The only reason Houston gets this far is because they might want to trade the injury-prone T-mac, but realistically they should be on the "already have a sg, Redd not an improvement" list.
I could see getting Ellis and Harrington from GS, Horford plus expiring contracts from Atlanta, Childress/Law/Shelden Williams from Atlanta, or Okafor from Charlotte. Discuss. I particulary like the Atlanta deals but you have to accept that Joe Johnson is a pg/sg/sf in order to imagine them adding Redd (they wouldn't make a sideways Redd for JoJo move).

Yeah he went to high school just outside of Milwaukee in Wauwatosa.

Atlanta won't part with Horford.....but I like the second Atlanta deal for us....but can't see them doing it. Especially with their contract issues due to ownership and needing to extend Josh Smith coming up. That would put them at three max or close to max players. They can't afford Redd.
I think you have to come back to the teams that can afford Redd. i.e ones that can have 2,3 or 4 $10mm a year players. L.A.L., Dallas and New York.
Redd for Jamaal Crawford and David Lee (and Balkman)
Redd to Dallas for Stackhouse and Devin Harris (but I don't know who plays PG then for Dallas)
Redd for Odom and Farmar, assuming Redd moves to SF.

I really doubt Golden State/Atlanta would even touch that. The second Atlanta deal sounds more likely.
My gosh you value Redd a lot more than I do. We aren'tgetting Hortford for Redd unless you mean Tito.

two trades any one will do for me.
hinrich and noc for redd. while i dont really like noc hes the most sensible and see if you can thorw in cv for TT.
that moves mo to the 2 where he is better suited as a SHOOTING guard who helps distibute the ball.
and the second is
redd for mcgrady and you can throw in w/e extra players it would take to get it done.
the first one is probably safer and clogs all the hole, but mcgrady is the superstar milwaukee never had(maybe ray) and he is the superstar we need to step into the locker room and say MY team this is the way we are going to play, and ACTUALLY DO IT. obviosily i dont mean this literally because bogut would probably punch him in the face.

Memphis - They've been looking to move Gasol but why would we want him? Unless we're moving Yi, which I don't think is likely or we're moving Bogut, which I don't think is likely. Redd for Rudy Gay? I'd love to see it happen. But doubtful, doesn't really make sense for them. I'd love to acquire Mike Miller somehow, but wouldn't give up Mo, Mike, Yi or Bogut for him.
Phoenix - I could probably swallow a Redd for Marion swap. I don't know how much better as a team that would make us. I know Marion is a superb defender, but then we will have subpar talent at the SG spot unless they give us Raja Bell too.
Dallas - The conversation should begin and end with Josh Howard. Devin Harris is a nice player, but Redd is way too much for him. I'm pretty sure a Devin/Mo backcourt wouldn't work so Mo would have to be on his way out for a SG. But if theres any chance to bring in Josh Howard that would be unbelievable. Cuban might be willing to part with him for Redd, IDK.

Devin Harris has a kicker in his contract about trades, and not to mention he just signed that extension, and Dallas would prefer moving Terry & others over him, since he is having an outstanding season, and not to mention he's one of Dallas' two captains (Dirk being the other). Dallas wouldn't trade Harris for Iverson before he was dealt to Denver, so no way Dallas trades him for Redd.

You named every team except the one team that would most need and value Redd...without a doubt.
Acutally two but one is in our division. The Cavs or Pacers...or most of all
the Pheonix Suns.
The Suns also have the guy(s) we could use in Shawn Marion and other pieces as well.
You could not find a better fit in all of basketball for Redd then Phoenix or Utah outside our division and conference.
Orlando could use him too but it would have to be a three way deal. I would move a bold package of Gadzuric and Redd, Villanueva and Bell and Simmons to Miami for even a Shaquille O'Neal, and Ricky Davis and Deaquan Cook, then move Bogut to PF but that is just me...
You could let Shaq's contract come off the books in two years and be done with it. You might get a title out of it too?
