Pick an available replacement and tell us why he (or she) will do a better job than George Karl.

George sucks... So that's why we should hire someone like Jenna Jameson or other sucking masteress
We need coach with good reputation. I hate when Melo is careless with the ball and GK just sits and shuts up. He looks like he's afraid to shout on his stars.

Karl isnt that bad. And to be honest, there really isnt any coach that you're going to get half way through the season that's going to make this team better than it is right now. Fans need to be patient and at least wait until the off-season to pass judgment. I've seen about three games that coaching was the reason why this team lost. I've seen at least that many where coaching was the reason this team won.
This team has had enough huge changes in a relatively short period of time. Maybe its time to let the team gel.People can't complain about chemistry and then never let chemistry develop. All the best teams have had their squads together for a couple seasons. Denver has had changes in management, and their roster. Dont compound that with changing the coach.

My only beef with George is how horrible he is at dealing with rotations, if all your key players are gonna be exhausted because they play 30+ minutes a game, and you never go deep in the bench, your not gonna win many playoff games, thus George's bad playoff record.
That and he's not so great at preparing for games, he is gettin done though...right now.

Exactly. It's always some great surprise to him when a team starts taking advantage....and then he doesn't respond quickly enough or often enough to right things.
I always have this feeling he is seriously under-achieving.

No. Teams shorten up their bench in the playoffs. Teams rarely go more than 8 deep.

I'll take a younger coach who's more in tune with today's game. anybody. i don't care who. i have 3 main problems with George Karl.
1. Player Rotation.
bench players need court time before the playoffs. the starters need rest. it's simple.
2. Game Management.
calling timeouts when the opposing team is on a run is one of the things Karl completely fails. adjusting the tempo of the game from the bench is key.
3. Leadership
calling your players out in the media is terrible. it does nothing for the players confidence, it doesn't 'motivate' players. it makes them feel like sh*t. he's the coach, he's supposed to guide and mentor these players. if you want you child to be a positive, happy child who's productive and enjoys life, do you chastise them? or do you encourage them and help them whenever you can?
bottom line is, Karl has lost his grip on the game and how to manage it.
it almost seems like Karl comes before the players at times. does anyone else feel that way?

Not sure if that's it - it could be. I just want him to try harder.
Yes, calling timeouts sooner is a big thing....it just feels lazy how he waits 8 points later after the appropriate time, "Can you hear me now? Karl? Karl Can you hear me now? Call a timeout. They need to organize. Can you hear me now?"
And I wonder what he's thinking.
