It looked like he twisted his ankle. He stayed in and is still beasting so hes probably going to walk it off. Heck he was being loud on the defensive end. Bynum is becoming our floor general on the defensive end :).

Luke is not great. He sucks defensively and on offense he is nothing but a passer. He is a completely average bench scorer when we have our most athletic second best defender on the bench.

Trade Luke,Kwame and one of our young pg's and lets get a star.

So he isn't limping?
By the way thank you for answering me. Nobody else did.

To Phil2.0,

And I know Phil is a good coach I just don't understand how. He is completely stubborn and doesn't use his best players which is the most important thing in coaching. Critt and Ariza should be playing more. Critt could be putting up 12 a game off the bench and Ariza could be a 15 point a game scorer who locks down the other teams sf ala Caron Butler but Phil is to damm stubborn.

Luke is shooting 45% and 40% from 3... Great passer and decent rebounder... Everyone talks about how bad of a defender he is but not very many 3's light us up... it is usually PGs or SGs... Luke may not be the best man on man defender but he is smart and plays good team defense

Whats our record when he starts the last 2 years?

I don't know and I don't think Luke is a bad player but he is very overrated in Lakerland espially by the coach. Ariza should be starting over him. I think maybe even Critt would do a better job in the starting lineup then Luke. Kobe could easily move to sf.

It makes me laugh that there are Kwame fans here. He is the biggest cancer not named Stephon Marbury, Isiah Thomas, Zack Randolph, Eddie Curry

Are you kidding? That is what you got? Everybody critizied them for that including 80% of this board. Kobe Bryant did as well. What do you got to say about that? If that is all you got then I must be doing good.
Also I don't know how I was calling you sims by saying that. Your very defensive.

I think that Ariza has a few nice highlights and a couple good games while Luke is injured and everyone jumps on his jock.... Luke's distributing and team play helps this team more than the box scores will show... I'll look up our record with Luke in the starting lineup at halftime

I dont think it has anything to do with being stubborn. Who is he fighting against? you?

Phil has said that Ariza and Luke will take turns on starting depending on the matchups.

Looking at Peja starting and seeing what he has done thus far, he is actually non-exsistent so far.

Starting means, nothing. Nothing. Its about who is in the game the longest and who finishes.

Lakers started great against a good team in NO and that is with Luke starting.

i.e Critt, he is getting burn, slowly , like a rookie should. Farmar and Fish are holding down the point and there is no need to risk that to give Critt minutes. Winning >>>> Critt Minutes.

Critt will get his.. but like Rambis said yesterday, he is not ready. He is not ready to run the offense. He might be amazing in at YMCA but he is not close having the responsibility of this Laker team yet.
Cheers. — Mags
