11 point game now and momentum going into the half, they'll come out strong in the second half...I hope.
Do they look like they might have a chance to get take control second half or is L.A just getting what they want on offense? If N.O doesn't bring up the intensity on D there is no way they can keep up with the Lakers offensively.

Lakers are just shooting out of their mind more than anything else, most of the shots they're getting are contested...they're just making them anyways.
Hornets closed the half strong and have something to build on going into the second half, I think we're still going to see a close game.
Fatigue could play a factor since the Lakers played last night and the Hornets have been off for 3 days. Could've also helped their slow start, they were rolling before the lay-off.

OMG BASS!!!
Dwight Howard on his FT struggles:
"I just think everybody needs to stop talking about it," Howard said. "There's more to life than free throws."

you mean swagger? we definately need that.
Swagger? No, not really. Jordan had swagger, the Showtime Lakers had swagger...the Shaq/Kobe Lakers, despite being talented, bitched and moaned more than most every time a call didn't go their way (Rick Fox, anyone?), instead of getting back on defense. That's a sense of entitlement. Come on now, expecting all the calls to go your way?
You don't get much of that from the modern day Lakers, which makes them a lot more likable. (also, their passing's improved)
