What seed would Portland be in the east?

Yeah if the playoffs were expanded to include 15 teams from each conference.

3rd. Their record is very similar to Orlando's, and we are 3rd in the East.

Also, the East plays Western teams twice a year, so that would make the schedule for them 2x easier.
