I like the basic set-up, but Doc has pointed this out to me -- when you have Calderon as the nearest teammate, you have the opponent's quickest defender being the guy who drops down to deal with Bosh. I'd prefer to see Jamario be the man up high and let him initiate the swing passes if Bosh has to pass out of a double team. That would also allow Bosh to step out and screen Moon's man and let him cut straight down to the rim, either for a pass to the cutter, an alley or an offensive board. Bosh would be able to hit the offensive glass as a trailer, and the other three drop and cover the outlet if we give up the defensive rebound.

Great observation. I'm in favor of anything that may give Moon a push to attack the rim instead of settling of 3's.
