Just accept that TJ is not universally loved and move on with your life.

Please stop crying abt it.

You get way too worked up over any criticism of Jose - even when people are joking. Sure you're not really a 15 yr old fangirl? :D

Now you're just desperately reaching.

I find it bizarre that you even claim to know how I feel about Jose. Are you obsessed with me?

Don't you think your pro-Jose thread and poll in which you proclaimed your love for Jose was the tip-off? :D

Wow.

I'm going to keep this simple because I can't even pretend to care anymore.

Disliking Ford doesn't necessarily equal cock-worshipping Jose, depsite the massive amount of saliva being wasted for both of these guys on this forum. You seem like you have at least half a brain - you should be able to see that.

Obviously, making that poll thread was not a "politcally correct" move...first of all people genuinely upset by that have to re-evalute their priorities. And it was mainly done for laughs, although my problem with him is actually the way I see him, and I still maintain an overall disdain for Ford - unrelated to the Ford vs. Calderon situation. Buck fans see Ford in a similar light, and i doubt its because they love Calderon.

If you still must insist that I'm a "Calderclone" or whatever...then please continue... I can't be bothered further than this.

I'm sorry but proclaiming Jose an All-Star is laughable. Not because I dislike him or think he sucks but because he isn't an all-star. Has basketball been so watered down to stats that the meaning of all-star is so different. An all-star needs to be a game changer plain and simple. They need to be able to impose their will on a game not just go with the flow of easy decisions.

Hollinger himself discredits the pick by suggesting that the player has to be considered one of the top 12 players in the conference. Well Jose is most certainly not that.

PG: Kidd, Billups
SG: Wade, Carter, Peirce, Richardson, J.Johnson
SF: Lebron, Jefferson, Butler, J.Smith
PF: Garnett, Bosh, Jamison
C: Howard, Shaq

And I forgot some.

It's simply overreaching to name Jose an all-star, the drop from Billups to him is quite significant. Jose is a good player but he has yet to take the step to becoming a great player.

Call me old-school but stats don't make a player. For me Bosh is the only thing close to great on this team and even he has some more twists but on most nights hes great. Everything in this league is so over-inflated. Average players are now good and 2nd even 3rd tier players are great.

And the person who said the disparity between PG's in the East and West is huge is most certainly correct. The West has

Paul, Nash, Williams, B.Davis, Iverson, T.Parker, J.Terry all except Terry are arguably better than the East

Obviously you didn't see game 5 against New Jersey last year.

Jose has the ability he just understands how to play point guard.
The raptors can never win a championship because the refs wont let us...…... Unless a miracle trade happens. :D

So he sort of impacted one game, that's not a game-changer thats just an NBA player. Every player in this league has talent and on the perfect night with the perfect blend of skills, luck and ethic they can change a game. Let him do it consistently or even 50 games a year

I'm scared now. I hope we don't lose Jose. I'm thinking we sign him to a 5 year, 40 million dollar deal. Hes worth each penny.
