Let's get our Mojo workin'

Post#1 » by kyphi » Thu Jan 10, 2008 11:03 pm

We have to come up with a ritual we can all perform before the next Heat game. What should it be? crtossing finger and turning counter clockwise three times? going outside and shouting, "Basketball gods, have mercy on the Heat!" we have to do something

Man, i'm (Please Use More Appropriate Word). I had so many superstitions when watching Heat games having to do with everything to where im sitting and what im eating and all that stuff and it used to actually work before but that has died out this season. I like your idea though, we need something new to try.

Haha, I used to do that; I played the team on 2k before the real game started.

I also used to do that during the regular and postseason.

I tried to have my team distribute the ball so everyone in the starting line up would be in double digits in the hopes that it would be a team effort.

I also used to go and try to make 10 consecutive baskets in a row without missing. I had the feelings that what type of shooting night the Heat would have depended on me. LOL

When the Heat were losing during a game I would go back and play 2k and hope that my domination of the computer would transfer over in real life.

Riley will never purposely aim for the lottery. I don't have no stinkin' video games, but I do have Heat sweatpants, t-shirt, and banner. I'm going to don them for the next game.

I play with the team Miami is playing that day against on 2k online quick match. It usually works and affects the real game. Also I had a witness shirt that I found to work going back to beating Indy in 6 in 11-12. It smelled horrible and looked like **** and I finally threw it away after 3 blowout losses to spurs when they had never lost when I wore it. So I may have made Lebron leave I will take responsibility.
