MIL dealt TJ Ford for CV, and now deal him back to TOR for scrubs?

Why would Milwaukee trade a cheap player for expiring contracts?

Firesale. If that's true they're gonna want expiring deals.

By the way HotSpurs21 your logic is completely backward. If I was using your logic I could say, "Why would I give you Aaron Williams for Mike Bibby (example), we traded him for Vince Carter." Your logic suggests that all trades are equal. CV hasn't even been close to the value of TJ after the trade but Toronto would welcome him back seeing how well he played here.

Wow what a steal for Toronto why would the Bucks trade Charlie V for Delfino and a bust ala Graham.

Toronto gets way(x one million) value in here. Graham would have little to no use for the Bucks and Delfino wouldn't be a ideal replacement also.

Just because they got CV for Ford, doesn't mean they can get something of equal value back.

CV is burried on their damn bench.

Why would the Raptors need CV? Don't they already have two OTHER soft PF's who would rather take a jump-shot than Post up? One being an All-Star and the other being the #1 Pick in the draft???

CV played the 3 for us back then.

Bargs/Bosh/ CV

Willing to try if the deal is right.

CV can get a better package than this. Not a great package but a better one. I know when he is moved though it won't be back to Toronto! Do you know how embarassing it would be for Harris to trade Ford and then get Graham and Delfino back? I'm pretty sure he would rather take on a lesser package than send him back to Toronto.

that doesn't mean Milwaukee should trade CV for useless scrubs

Even if CV's value has plummeted, he's still worth much more than Delfino and Graham

Bosh isn't soft he plays very well on the low block and is a great weakside and help defender. I agree that Bargs is soft, also if Toronto started a front court of Bargnani/Bosh/Charlie V we would have alot of problems with faster 3's like LeBron and such beating Charlie off the dribble and so forth.

You don't trade cheap talent for bad players with expiring deals that aren't worth a whole lot. If the bucks gave Gadzuric and the Raptors gave Rasho, you are a lot closer.

Nice try. If we have a firesale we won't trade a young player for this crap.

Though Delfino would be a nice addition (and possibly more useful than CV is right now), MIL declines. CV has more talent, size, and a chance to still be something with them.

Cap space is easily more valuable than a guy buried in your bench.

Villanueva is averaging 20MPG.

How is that "buried on the bench"? By that logic, nobody should ever have backups on their roster.

Considering we wouldn't even have cap space if this deal was made it still doesn't make sense and it makes even less sense when you look at our free agent signings over the franchises history. Bobby Simmons is one of the best ones. That should tell you something.

Not only that, but you're sorely mistaken if you believe Charlie's albatross of a contract (a whole 2.7 million) will make or break an offseason.
