What is a good way to got an OTA signal. I bought an antenna to be HD specific and it seems at times it's hard to get a signal. Is there something better?

I love my Direct TV, but I can say that I have lost picture now 3 times due to wet heavy snow.

Call them for assistance? Why? Go out and clear the dish.

Sadly mine is on the roof and requires a ladder. Twice I have gone up there and cleared it, last night the snow just melted off.

I may look into a dish heater if its possible.

Guys, just spray on a coat of Rain-X to your D* and voila, problem fixed.
