I've always appreciated Leo's honesty.
you know leo did praise martin and how he's a professional for staying in such great game ready shape. he also said that martin is always ready to come in whenever the raptors need him to take shots.

I swear, either I'm going crazy, or I've heard Leo use that same BS joke five or six times.
The hassling about the salami and cheese is far more annoying than the already annoying salami and cheese shtick itself.
I'm a fan of the whole crew (except pj and the guys in the truck) but I hope they retire the salami and cheese this year. Don't make a big deal, just stop saying it.

Wow, I can't believe so many are still anti-Leo after the last game. Sure Leo knows he's supposed to build up Bargs for MLSE. But he broke out of his shell last game and it was beautiful.
Guys, understand the salami and cheese thing. Chuck is the one who came up with that stupid line. And he uses it as part of his self-branding. Leo picks on him about it. And I'm so glad he does. It's ridiculous and Chuck needs to stop using it.
Also, it's not Leo who brings up his past stories when you played. Again, it's Chuck.
And someone mentioned how Smith and Jones were knocking the "Raptors" for their play after a game. That's the point. The company line is to always knock "the Raptors" in a general way. "The Raptors" are not rebounding. I appreciate Leo for actually pointing to which guy it was. And more than that, he was willing to show the fans how Andrea was standing around on a replay. That's what a colour man is supposed to be there for.
And I love Jack, too. Jack doesn't bore us because 1) he doesn't have any old stories to tell us about and 2) we simply don't see him as often. Neither of those facts makes Jack a better broadcaster, though. My problem with Jack is his unwillingness to drop the company line. He does not knock individual Raptor players. But you can tell he wants to.
Anyways, I was happy with Leo last game. They all play their parts, which is frustrating. Hopefully Leo didn't get in trouble after last game.
On a whole other note, if anyone here watches the Leafs, check out the new Leafs Lunch on AM640. It's no longer simulcast on LeafsTV. The host this year on the radio is the "Paul Johnson" of LeafsTV in previous years.....Brian Duff. Basically, this guy is no longer working for MLSE. And his partnet on the radio, Bill Watters, was fired by the Leafs a few years ago. Neither has a stake in the team anymore. Wow. You should hear these guys rip the Leafs now. Not just "the Leafs". But individuals. McCabe is a stiff. Raycroft would have been a bad signing if he came here for free. Pure jokes.
I'd so love to hear all these Raps broadcasters when their not working.

There is never a break in the conversation with Chuck and Leo. The next sentence begins before the first can end.
Just shut up and let the game flow. They literally dissect each basic play for about 20 seconds.
The longest I think they haven't talked is 3-4 seconds. And that's when its one of those awkward moments.

like when one of the raptors takes an awfully bad shot (happens all the time) but leo couldn't think of a way to twist it into a good thing in time.
