any news on his back?
is it time once again for the Tony Allen Experiment at PG tomorrow?
if so, should the FCC require a "not suitable for younger audiences" warning at the start of the telecast? discuss.

I was at the C's Lakers game and had not checked the injuries, the Boston papers or this board beforehand. So when they did the lineups I was floored when they announced Tony Allen as the starting PG.
I told the guy next to me and I texted my friends: "no Rondo, no win."
Of course, it was great to be wrong and it was even better to see TA slicing through the Lakers like that.
If Rondo is hurt - even a little - just sit him and make it right. We've got the bench and the bodies. Plus - I am a big Tony Allen guy.
Go C's.

The trouble is, you never know which Tony will show up. He's the closest thing we have to Antoine on our team now. Good Tony is a solid defender, doesn't turn the ball over, and makes his layups. Bad Tony fouls jumpshooters, dribbles into traffic, and can't hit a shot to save his life. So far this year it's been probably 70-30 in favor of Bad Tony, but lately it's been more like 50-50. There really doesn't seem to be any way to predict it tho.

No doubt. I think, though, that when he starts, there's a better chance we see Good Tony.
