if missed dunks count I would like to vote for Hoffa as the second-most entertaining dunker in team history...

just in case there is anyone left who actually hasn't seen Hoffa's' masterpiece...

The best part is that is only one of the few times Hoffa was rejected by the rim. It's just the only one you can find on video, and probably (from what I recall) the one where he was given the most clear path to the net.

God, he was in some ways such good television.
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

As much as I like Tmac, Fred Jones got better dunks in the competition.

McGrady needed the challenge of 5-on-5 to make his dunks look good.

In the open court or at the dunk competition, his dunks were ugly and uncreative. He would just jump as high as he could, double pump, and throw the ball down hard. Sometimes backwards. He had no sense of style at all.

Still, his in-game dunks rate him above the others. Keon had some nice ones too ... he had some style, usually getting high in the air, leaning back from the rim and fully extending his arm on the throwdown, if I remember correctly.

and the answer is ?

Tracy McGrady

as of right now jamario has the potential to claim the title of "2nd best raptor dunker of all time" if he wins the upcoming contest that should seal it . mcgrady had some crazy in game dunks as a rap, he did a windmill a couple of times and his countless posters gave him the ranking. jamario can junp higher then mcgrady but is at an age much higher so he might take it easy to not risk injury.

Good luck Jamario at the dunk comp.

my predictions of the dunks

1st round

360 windmill like vince but better some how

Free throw line 2 hands, but he will actually jump from a good distance behind the line not like the many that attempt

2nd round

jump over TJ windmill 2 feet take off

360 between the legs 1 hand finish

that should be good enough to win it
