Just watching the video you can basically tell he's never supposed to go to the NBA. All he does is stand under the basket with both hands in the air lol...

Hibbert or Thabeet (sp?).

Freaks are cool but we need a blue chip C prospect.

I've read several articles about him and just based on his size he may be worth a 2nd round pick, just as someone to put in when you're up be a few in the last minute just to make sure they don't get any easy points in the paint. That's if he's able to play, being that big there has to be some health issues with him. I'd give him a workout and maybe try to sign him if he was undrafted.

He's slow as molasses. He'll end up on a lot of posters.

I'm pretty sure his over-active pituitary took care of that already.

10 blocks !!!!

anyhow..i saw him the day of the hansbrough facial and i definetely think he can get drafted this year's draft purely because of his size and the fact that he can block shots decently (or maybe thats his size, but 10 clocks cant be ALL size)

anyways...

i wouldnt mind havimng him instead of rasho as backup C or w.e

obviously he'd be more of a risk than rasho, but he has WAAAAYY more potential cuz he is young and HUGE. wat an ogre. he'd be the first guy to defend yao to less than 6 points cuz yao cant pull his gay baby hook fade away stuff just cuz he's taller anymore.

Keep in mind one crucial difference between the NCAA and NBA level: illegal defense. George is useful in college because he can simply stand in the key with his hands up...in the NBA, he'd had to move at least a couple steps laterally, and there are plenty of guys willing to go at him to draw fouls. I suspect that he would be fouling people on a pace that would leave David Harrison (the current king of the foul) amazed.

yes...that is a good point schade, but he wont learn to do that in collee, so i still believe he would get picked and play minutes (maybe in dleague if they have same rules as nba) so he learns how to defend like this :)

I could watch him all day. He looks like an adult playing with grade fours. take a look at those feet. apparently they're size 28s. Bigger than Shaqs (22). Accdg to NY Times, he's too big to fit in the drivers seat of a car. He's got a 101 inch wingspan. Leads the nation in blocks -- his overall numbers aren't bad -- but his knees are completely messed up. poor guy.

This guy's terrible. He's slow, he has no vertical, he struggles for position against players half his size and I bet he'd foul out in 1 minute of NBA play. Knicks are probably tanking for this guy.
