Yeah, 66 yards on that punt.

Don't be an idiot. This game was lost on the defensive end in the first half. Hawks players were wide open and were able to get to the rim with no trouble at all.. This was a team wide (lack of) effort. I didn't atch much of the 2nd half, but from what I did see, the only player who was any good on offense throughout the game was Deng. Nocioni was ok, but everyone else flat out stunk on offense. And although I saw some decent defense from Thabo and Joe Smith on a couple of possessions, for the most part I saw no one on the Bulls even attempt to play defense. The play that underlined this was when Johnson stole the ball, stood in the corner for like 5 seconds without ANY Chicago player even attempting to run over to him to contest the shot. That basically was the defense for the whole game. The only reason why the Bulls go the lead down below 15 points briefly in the 2nd half is because Atlanta got sloppy with the ball and started missing a few of the shots they had made in the 1st half.
This was a major league butt whooping from the getgo. This Bulls team continues to just really disappoint me. Is it too much to expect some effort and execution on both ends of the court from the beginning to the end of a game? I can't think of more than one or two games all season where there has been a good effort from the start of the game to the end. That's just sad.
